It is always a good idea to understand our policies BEFORE submitting your reservation.  Once a reservation has been confirmed, any cancellation will invoke the posted cancellation policies, WE DO NOT make exceptions to our cancellation/refund policies.  If you have questions, PLEASE ASK. We are happy to answer any questions you may have about our apartments, policies or any aspect of your stay!

Please take a moment BEFORE submitting a booking request and familiarize yourself with our cancellation policy, house rules and description.  This building requires a background check on all guests over 18 years of age.  The renting guest will be asked to provide the information (Name, DOB, Phone # and email address) to complete these checks for EACH ADULT GUEST.  The Renter will also need to sign a copy of our House Rules. When submitting your request, please make sure the number of guests (adults/children) is reflected accurately. 

Check in begins at 4pm with check out by 11 am.  These times are accurate, please make your travel plans accordingly. This a residential apartment building and we do not have onsite facilities for bag storage before or after your reservation times.  If you will arrive early, or leave late, please consider adding an additional day to your reservation.  Thank you.
